Blair is a Monterey Peninsula native with a lifelong passion for dance and a deep belief in the power of movement to inspire creativity, confidence, and connection at every stage of life. A credentialed classroom teacher with a Master’s degree in Dance and Expressive Arts from Lesley University, she integrates dance with academics, social-emotional learning, and personal growth for people of all ages.
Her teaching is rooted in inclusivity, play, and cultural awareness. Blair’s training includes an internship with Wayne McGregor’s Random Dance Company in London, study of Dunham technique, and a West African dance intensive in Senegal. She has also trained with Pilobolus Dance Company and completed a teacher training with AXIS Dance Company, focusing on teaching dancers with disabilities, nondisabled dancers, neurodiverse individuals, and Deaf dancers.
Blair has taught children, teens, and adults in schools and community settings, co-presented at national conferences, and continues ongoing professional development with Luna Dance Creativity to advance accessible and inclusive dance education.
